John and Cashen are going to fix the lawn mover. The belt is
broken and it only mows in reverse. It is a funny picture, someone backing their
way around the lawn. We laugh about it while the mower stands idle and the
grass grows. All the ranchers are cutting, swathing, bailing and stacking daily.
They regularly fix machinery with bailing wire and ingenuity, while we wait for
a part to be delivered to Napa.
